Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
For services, the withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded.
For sales contracts for goods, the withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods.

by means of a clear declaration of your decision to withdraw from this contract.
You can use the sample withdrawal form below, but it is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs – with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us – without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.
We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.
For sales contracts for goods, we may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You shall send back the goods without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us.
You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

Special Provisions for Readings and Other Services
If you expressly request that Spirit Maison begins the execution of a booked service before the expiry of the fourteen-day withdrawal period, Spirit Maison may begin providing the service during this period.
For a contract for a paid service, the right of withdrawal expires upon complete performance of the service, provided that you have expressly consented before the start of the service that Spirit Maison may begin the service before the expiry of the withdrawal period, and you have confirmed your knowledge that your right of withdrawal expires upon complete fulfillment of the contract.
Therefore, after a reading has been fully provided, there is no longer a right of withdrawal if these legal requirements are met.
